Meliorate at the Festival!
Jo is super excited after a busy weekend meeting lots of the festival goers at the Freedom Community Festival in Freedom Fields Park Plymouth.
It was a pleasure to meet so many of you and talk all things wellbeing ☺️
I especially loved all the kids having a try to play my crystal singing bowls and seeing their reactions.
Huge thank you to Nicky Nurrish (the marvellous founder of Marbles lost and found) for inviting Meliorate to be part of the Wellbeing tent crew!
An extra thanks to the brave souls who booked in for treatment taster sessions - I hope you enjoyed the treatment and it gave you a flavour of what a full treatment session could bring you…

Meliorate at Wild & Well at Poole Farm, Plymouth on August 6th 2025
After hosting Meditation Soundbaths at last years Poole Farm Wild & Well event Jo is excited to be returning to host a soundbath session AND have a stall!
Whilst I’m at the stall I look forward to meeting you and discussing all things wellbeing. Perhaps you might like to book a treatment taster session?

The soundbath session needs to be booked on Eventbrite at the time of booking your ticket to Wild & Well.

Stonehouse Lawn Tennis Club Wednesday Soundbath now going to be on Fridays…!
Jo is resuming the Meliorate Meditation Soundbath @ Stonehouse Tennis Club from the beginning of April 2025.
The Clubhouse is a gorgeous location and an ideal venue - especially now it has heating installed!
Friday sessions are scheduled to start on Friday May 30th 2025 and will be the 2nd or 3rd Friday of the month - more sessions may be added depending on interest.

New Wednesday Soundbath location
After a very successful pilot session Jo is very excited to add a new meditation soundbath location to the Meliorate calendar…
At present, sessions will held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at Jackie Gale Art in Alma Yard.
