Service Description
Let Jo relax you with guided meditation and an immersion in sound and vibration. Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls, tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras, Koshi chimes and gentle percussion instruments to lead you on a meditation through sound to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation afterwards. Attendees to the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes - what you would wear for a yoga or Pilates class - and bring a bottle of water, a camping or yoga mat, a blanket a pillow and an eye mask. The soundbath lasts approximately an hour. The additional session time is for participants to set-up their cosy cocoon, get comfy and settle and fully return after the journey through sound and resonance.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can sometimes ‘get in the way of plans’ therefore, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking with Meliorate I politely request that changes are made 48 hours prior to the time of your booking. Soundbath Bookings may be rescheduled once with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the time of your booking will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the time of your booking will incur a 100% charge of the service fee.
