Service Description
Let Jo relax you & 3, or more, friends with guided meditation and an immersion in sound and vibration from playing crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and gentle percussion instruments. The number of soundbath participants is only limited by the size of your available space. £100 for 4 people with a fee of £20 per additional person. Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras, gentle Koshi chimes and other percussion instruments to lead you on a meditation through sound to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation afterwards. Participants for the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes - what you would wear for a yoga or Pilates class is ideal - and bring a bottle of water, a camping or yoga mat, a blanket a pillow and an eye mask. Sessions last for an hour but participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time to set-up their space, get comfy and settle.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can sometimes ‘get in the way of plans’ therefore, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking with Meliorate I politely request that changes are made 48 hours prior to the time of your booking. Bookings may be rescheduled twice with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the time of your booking will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the time of your booking will incur a 100% charge of the service fee.
