Reflexology is essentially a gentle acupressure foot massage that works on energy pathways known as “qi”.
The underpinning theory is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine concept of a life force energy, known as “qi”, that runs through out the body.
The aim of the treatment is to promote relaxation & calm, ease stress & relieve tension by restoring your qi to leave you with an enhanced feeling of wellbeing and calm.
The treatment covers the whole of both feet and each lower limb up to just below the knee.
Treatment can be delivered with the client lying on a therapy couch or sitting on a chair.
